Apart from feature updates, we have released a few new features to enhance your experience on our platform. Keep up with the season’s requirements, a feature to make your summer camp successful is now live on MCB. Once schools return to their second league of the academic year, enrich it with our efficient tool for handpicked content from the world over.

Feature Enhancements
Monthly Transport Details Report
We added new reports to get the transport details as per the order of pickup time and Drop time of the transport routes.
Monthly Attendance Report
We have added an exclusive monthly attendance to generate the report for selected months or overall year for the schools/colleges using only the monthly attendance.
Feature placement change
Download Hall tickets link is moved to Gradebook Module – Reports.
New Feature Update
Summer Camp
Organize “Summer Camp” and collect appropriate fees online/ Offline.
- Create services like Cricket, Yoga, Dance, etc., with the feature.
- Create slots to book the activities.
- Create a service plan for each service.
- Highlight online payment URLs against each category of service.
- The online payment URL will function according to the mapping of the Payment Gateway.
Content Management
Our new provision allows the following users to create curriculum and upload learning resources against the mentioned chapters and topics in the content management system
- System Admin
- Branch Users Level-1: (Principal, Class Coordinator, Chapters Updations, Front Office, and Computer Operator).
- Branch Users Level-2: (Principal, Class Coordinator, Chapters Updations, Front Office, Computer Operator, Class Teacher, & Subject Teacher).
- System Admin & Branch Users Level-1: (System Admin, Principal, Class Coordinator, Chapters Updation, Front Office,& Computer Operator)
- System Admin & Branch Users Level-2: (System Admin, Principal, Class Coordinator, Chapters Updation, Front Office, Computer Operator, Class Teacher, & Subject Teacher)
Find more flexibility and less dependency in creating content.
Enable your preferred options to upload Chapters, Topics, upload learning resources such as Video, Audio, PDFs, and Website links and add content within the topic description directly.
Feature Enhancements
Subjects for IB and IGCSE boards
- Schools can now create subjects as per IB and IGCSE curriculum guidelines.
- A maximum number of subjects to be studied in a class can be allocated with the feature.
- Create core subjects and the subjects offered under each block, along with a minimum number of subjects to opt from each block.
- Now you can designate the subjects as Standard Level (SL), High Level (HL), or None.
- Allocate specific credits for each subject.
- Subjects can be categorized as master subjects and mapped to respective subjects.
- Apply these subjects right from the admission forms to the academics-related activities.
Staff Inactivation
A new provision is now live to be used to enter the ‘Resignation Served Date’ while requesting staff inactivation. Resignation Served Date informs the Date of the notice served by the staff.
Visitor Management
While marking outside visitor entry, send OTP to email apart from SMS for faster verification.
Staff Announcement View (My Announcements)
Now, enjoy a better UI while viewing the staff announcements. In addition, newly applied filters allow convenient viewing of types of announcements on the My Announcements page.
Staff Details Report
Save staff’s address details with Landmark 1 and Landmark 2 fields.
Voice SMS
As per the new provision, schools can send voice SMS to absentee students.
Rankwise Analysis
Now categorize the rank generation for inactive or active students or both active & inactive students together. Add gender details with other details of the students available.
In the analysis, now find the subject names opted for Language 1, 2, and 3 for specific performance analysis.
Invoice System
Collect the fees only after generating the invoice by enabling “Invoice Enabled” in the branch finance settings. Design invoice templates from the front end or import existing templates. Generate and collect student-wise invoices from the Make Payment Screen with an Accountant login.

Sibling Profiles in Make Payment System
Find sibling information in a pop-up by clicking ‘Sibling’ in the make payment system. With the Refresh button, add siblings and map details in the following order;

- Parent Aadhar Numbers
- Parent Mobile Numbers
- Government Unique ID
Other countries
- Government Unique ID
- Parent Mobile Numbers
- Parent Aadhar Numbers
Old Branch Fee Details
Add old branch fee details with the new button under Fee Details.
View Transactions
Find the Branch Name tag in the View transaction screen under the Receiving Account.
