Feature Enhancements
Multiple feature enhancements in PTM
- PTM has been introduced with a slot system for scheduling meetings.
- Schools can now create multiple slots with specific duration and lunch breaks in a day.
- We have facilitated the parents to book their preferred PTM slots with class teachers and two subject teachers from their login.
- Additionally, school admin or class teachers can also allocate slots to students.
- We have enabled reminder notifications sent to parents by the school admins, class teachers, principals, and coordinators.
- Now mark for PTM attendance and update feedback received from teachers and parents.
- School admin, principal, and coordinators too authorized to mark PTM attendance and update feedback shared in the meeting.

Capture student's residential details in multiple ways
- Schools can use google location in the admin login.
- Or coordinate with the parent to do it with their parent app by enabling the address edit through the user preferences feature.
- Schools can use google maps to identify student locations.
- The admission application form will also allow schools to capture students’ address locations and categorize them area-wise.
Update Single-parent student details
MCB has provided provisions for noting details of single-parent students. Additionally, schools can create reports for single-parent students class-wise.
Validate Student/Parent information change through logs
Schools can now track the updates done for students and parents by the school staff. Data edited will be highlighted with the name of the person updating the details, along with the date, time, and IP address through which it is edited.
New interface for principal diary
We have improved the UI of the principal diary. Principles can keep a log of supervisions done day-wise, events conducted, and complaints noted.
The feature will include reports on Staff attendance, New Admissions, Promotions / Inactive / Reactive / Passed Out Details, Branch Shuffle Details, and Class / Section Shuffle Details captured on MCB for the day.
New provisions in staff details
Schools can track the specific updates done to staff details with clear highlights of data updated, date, time, and person who edited, along with the system's IP address.
Staff entry and exit time, Staff present for the day, list of Staff on leave, list of Staff absent for the day, Staff on week off, and staff load on a specific day.
Furthermore, now schools can update staff training qualifications like NTT, PRT, PET, TGP, TGT, etc.
Create feedback forms
Schools have the opportunity to create general and subject-wise feedback forms for students as well as for parents too.
New WhatsApp templates
Find new message templates for birthdays, exams, or marks from the gradebook.

Staff events - Now check out staff events and holidays (created in the HR module for Staff).
Staff Profile - There is a provision to update PAN, Aadhaar, and Passport numbers with expiry date and address.

Student Details Masking - Security settings now enable the masking of student details like mobile number, email, etc.
Improved fee collection feature
Introducing Payroll dashboard
Schools having subscribed to the HR Plus module will be able to check out the payroll dashboard with analytics from the system admin and branch-level access.
The dashboard showcases the following details for a specific month
- Compensation Distribution by Payroll Entity wise
- Compensation Distribution by Department
- Active Staff details entity wise
The MIS feature showcases the following details for a specific month
- Active Staff Count entity-wise with Gross salary details.
- Staff joining details entity-wise.
- Inactive staff details entity-wise.
- Reactive staff details entity-wise.
- Staff Salary Log details with a comparative view between the previous and current salaries.
Enhanced staff details search
Considering confidentiality, the staff bank account and salary details are now moved from regular staff search to HR Plus module access.
Asset Types, Asset Tags, Inventory item search
- Schools can now note the asset type for the available items.
- Additionally, asset tags can be updated based on asset type, such as fixed, current, tangible, intangible, and financial asset type. Also, the Depreciation Method, such as Straight line Depreciation, Diminishing Balance, Sinking fund Method, etc., can be set by mentioning the depreciation percentage.
- Get the details of the item, Issue, Transfer and Purchase details along with the detailed history of the item by item search option.
